REACHER

Adapted from Lee Child’s first novel, Killing Floor. Reacher is tracing the ghost of Blind Blake — a blues guitarist who may have died in this county — when the bus doors hiss open on a town that looks too clean to be true.

Less than one hour later the local police have him in cuffs for murder. He has no alibi, no luggage, and no reason to be here except a song.

Franz, Sanchez, and Orozco died because they got near the truth. Swan is framed by a company photograph. He was not turning. He was undercover, eating the conspiracy from the inside.

NYPD detective Guy Russo — Domenick Lombardozzi — walks in. He dies later, covering Marlo Burns’s daughter. Another good cop spent like ammunition.

The 110th stops the missile from leaving the country. Langston and A.M. go down. The stolen money does not become a trophy — it becomes a trust for the families of the men who did not walk out.

Then Reacher does the only thing he knows how to do after a war. He leaves.
